The beauty of life is that it never really ends – it simply transforms.

Sometimes Nana presents you with a swirling world – one where you’re continually trying to grab focus and make sense of things.

But often the best solution is to stop dwelling on the details, let your eyes relax, and simply take in the whole pattern of things.

I was fortunate enough to spend the morning exploring fields of Bee Balm blossoms along with a batch of excited hummingbirds.

Often the best way to get back on track is to seek out a place where Nana offers pure energy for you to absorb.

You’ll come back refreshed, reenergized and in a much better position to move on.

Sometimes the world puts you completely off balance – messing with your eyes, brain and soul…

But the reassuring thing is that at the same time it’s baffling you, it also puts steady ground beneath your feet.

At times like this you just need to remember to trust your legs, not your eyes.

I went last weekend to visit my Nana Gaia for the first time in far too long.

Carried along the usual list of excuses: “Things have been so busy”, “I’ve been really tired lately”, “It’s this darn spring cold I caught”… etc…

But after her initial “It’s about time!” teasing –

I found myself in a warm embrace and a whisper in my ear telling me “It’s about time.”

And I knew I was back home.
