Life’s Fire

Nana’s life has a fire in its belly that’s impossible to extinguish.

Nana’s life has a fire in its belly that’s impossible to extinguish.

Snowflakes are time embodied.
While walking out in the falling snow last night I came to realize that Nana gives us snowflakes as a way of visualizing time.
You can’t see time – but you can see flakes slowly falling, touching ground, and eventually things disappear into their midst.
Of course by tomorrow the sun will come out, melt away the snow and reveal what was gone to us.
Too bad we can’t do the same with time, eh?
