The world provides more companions than just your human ones.

Open up your senses a bit and you’ll find a lively host of friends amongst the animals, trees and plants. Even the rocks and waters have relationships to offer, if you’re receptive.

So take a moment now and then to reconnect with these old friends of ours.

They need our attention as much as we need theirs.
