There are moments when Nana extends her hands and invites you to join the dance.

There are moments when Nana extends her hands and invites you to join the dance.
Take advantage of these opportunities — you’ll remember them the rest of your life.

Looking at the world from a higher vantage point has a way of making all those stresses down below seem much less urgent.

One of the ironies Nana presents is that although you’d like a path without obstacles, it’s actually those obstacles that make the path interesting.
Obstacles are irritating, frustrating and sometimes painful. However they also add a powerful movement and undercurrent to life. They make you think.
You may find this hard to accept in the moment – as you bounce from rock to rock.
And your bruises may take awhile to heal…
But when you look back, you’ll feel a sense of strength and accomplishment for having made it through the swirl.
